Care services in Hanwell with detailed care documentation

We are so glad that a social worker added Beech Haven to our list of homes when we were searching for somewhere to care for my aunt. As a previous care sector and current NHS worker, I knew 10 minutes into our first visit that we had found somewhere special.  It's hard to describe how you can get a "vibe" from healthcare facilities - be they wards, surgeries or care homes but the feeling that we got from Mark and his team was overwhelmingly positive.  Compared to other homes we visited, Beech Haven was refreshingly different, and it was obvious that they provided the personal touch so often missing in care provision.  It was hardly a surprise to find it was family run during our meeting as well as having carers who had worked for the family for well over a decade. As it is a unique building, it doesn't feel like an anonymous facility like so many others tend to be.  The grounds include a very nice garden and my aunt has decorated her room with help from the carers. This place is the real deal:  caring professionals, involved and empathetic management, great location and everything comes with a charm and kindness that can't be taught. We feel very lucky to have been given the recommendation.
